Webster’s Dictionary defines a steward as: a person put in charge of the affairs of a large household or estate, whose duties include the supervision of household accounts. In Matthew 25: 14-30 Jesus tells the story of a master who entrusted his property to his servants while he was away. Which one of the servants will you be with the resources that God has entrusted you.
If we truly believe that everything we have comes from God, then it becomes a joy to give back to Him a small portion of what He has loaned to us.
We are asking every member, associate member and regular attendee to commit to supporting the ministry of Faith with their time, talents and their treasure. If you have not already received a letter from the Stewardship Committee, please call the office and one will be sent to you.
Please prayerfully consider what portion of God’s provision you will give back to Him.
